Love, Love, and more Love

Here are two pictures of my daughter with Bear. She decided to go into his kennel to read him a story. He sure looks interested. Knowing Bear, he's trying to read the words. I have no doubt that he thinks he can!
It really cannot be stressed enough how important it is to treat the dogs as if they are your own. Raising a dog in a kennel setting is not going to create a well rounded and emotionally healthy dog. It does make it harder to give them up when they are done with their training but to see them with their new owner makes it all worthwhile. Posted by Picasa
Here are some of the puppy raisers and their dogs. The people from the left are: Deb, Nancy, and me (Suzie). The dogs from the left are: Joey (Collie), Bear (Collie), Monty (English Shephard Mix), and Grizzley (Mini-Australian Shephard). Posted by Picasa
The brothers are together again! Joey and Bear. They are almost impossible to tell apart as they get older. Bear does have rounder eyes. Inside joke - sorry. Joey is on the left and Bear is on the right.  Posted by Picasa
