Miscellaneous Activities

Teaching Bear to turn on a touch light. He knows he learned "touch" when the light goes on. He'll need this command later to operate handicap doors and elevators.

Wearing Splat Booties to try to protect his tender Minnesota pads.

More Public Exposure Work

We started the day at IHOP. They were very nice here even though Bear let out a couple of barks because he didn't want to stay under the table. Barking for him has been a challenge but service dogs have to be as unobtrusive as they can.

Here we are eating with Bear laying under the table.

AZ Wine Company

Our second stop was at AZ Wine Company in Scottsdale. The clerks were really nice and even gave Bear some water before he ventured out in the 106 degree heat.
